2026 BANQUET
SVSFE’s Annual Banquet was held at the Swan River Curling Rink where guests enjoyed an evening of…. games of chance, stories at the bar, visiting various displays, bidding on auction items, investing in various raffles, but most importantly – discussing the up-and-coming open-water angling season. On May 2nd, 2026 volunteers provided a delicious fry fish with all the fixings to a sold out crowd! SVSFE volunteers enjoyed the night with good food and great company. Guests were eager to support by purchasing 50/50 tickets and boat raffle tickets, and participating in games and various auctions. Thank you to all our sponsors and volunteers for a successful fundraiser to improve fisheries and angling opportunities in the Swan Valley area.

Thank you to everyone who supports enhancement of angling opportunities in the area through our annual raffles. This year’s raffle offered a chance to win a 2026 – 1400 Fury Tiller Lund Boat with a 25hp Mercury Motor (4 stroke) and Trailer. Eric Roscoe from Winnipeg is pictured with SVSFE President, Todd Yakielashek picking up his new boat. Our 50/50 Raffle was another great success with the Jackpot reaching $45,750 and the winner Barry Neely taking home $22,875
