No Name Lake
No name Lake is 23.4 hectares with a maximum depth of 16.8 meters and a mean depth of 3.7 meters. Northern pike are the targetable fish species present. No Name is a beautiful backcountry lake with an abundant pike population.
**Due to the nature of difficulty regarding access on backcountry lakes, launch access areas are restricted to small watercraft only.
Access
Located 72.6 km from Swan River, MB off PR #365 in the Porcupine Mountain Provincial Forest. The distance from trailhead to No Name Lake is 15.7 km. The lake is located along an old haul trail off the National Mills Logging Road and is most commonly accessed by snowmobile in the winter months. Because of possible logging operations, be sure to contact the nearest government office for updated information before using this trail. This trail is not maintained, therefore fallen trees may complicate passage.
