Long Lake
Long Lake is 38.0 hectares with a maximum depth of 22.3 meters. Northern pike are the targetable fish species present. Long Lake is a remote fishery in the Porcupine Provincial Forest that receives little fishing pressure and therefore provides excellent fishing quality.
**Due to the nature of difficulty regarding access on backcountry lakes, launch access areas are restricted to small watercraft only.
Access
Located 69.7 km from Swan River, MB off of SK 980 N in the Porcupine Mountain Provincial Forest. The distance from trailhead to Long Lake is 7.4 km. The lake is most accessible by snowmobile in the winter months and is maintained as a Snoman Trail.
