Jackfish Lake
Jackfish Lake is 87.3 hectares with a maximum depth of 7.4 meters and a mean depth of 2.8 meters. Features present are an undeveloped boat launch and parking area. Jackfish lake (as the name suggests) is home to a northern pike population.
Access
Located 119 km from Swan River, MB on PR #366 (20 km from Grandview) in the Duck Mountain Provincial Forest. The lake is located at the end of Designated Route “I” and is often accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles. This trail is not maintained and often used for logging operations. Be sure to contact the nearest government office for updated information before using this trail.
