Little Laurie Lake

Little Laurie Lake is 85.9 hectares with a maximum depth of 19.8 meters and a mean depth of 7.6 meters. Northern pike are the targetable fish species present. The crystal clear waters make the lake a popular sight fishing destination.

**Due to the nature of difficulty regarding access on backcountry lakes, launch access areas are restricted to small watercraft only.

Access

Located 102 km from Swan River, MB off of PR #367 in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park. The distance from trailhead to Little Laurie Lake is 6.6 km, located along an old ATV trail. Nowadays, the lake is commonly accessed by snowmobile in the winter months. The alternative “high and dry” trail could be a considerable hike for those accessing the fishery. These trails are not maintained, therefore fallen trees may complicate passage.
