Birch River

The Birch River originates in the Porcupine Mountains and meanders south-east through the escarpment until it eventually flows into the Woody River. Angling opportunities exist primarily in the middle and upper reaches of the escarpment. The Birch River is primarily stocked with brook trout and rainbow trout.
